USDA Rural Development has announced their 2012 low interest direct loan program for facilities, remodels, and technology. For more information contact your USDA Rural Development state office or the RCCA office.
The 2013 RCCA day in Washington DC will be held the week on February 13th. More information will be forthcoming. Make plans now to join us in DC as we visit many federal agencies and congressional / senate committees and staffers to discuss rural community colleges.
Autry Award Winner
The 2012 Autry award was presented to Dr. James Shanley. Dr. Shanley recently retired after many years of service as the President of Ft. Peck Community College. RCCA extends its thanks to Dr. Shanley for his outstanding leadership and contributions to rural community colleges!
Innovator of the year award: Ron Ulseth, Northeast Minnesota Higher Education District.
Trustee of the year award: Mary Sheid, Missouri State West Plains.
