| Qualifications |
Responsibilities: Provides facility maintenance and repair in all skilled craft disciplines. Work may involve electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing repair and installation. Work may include grounds work and other assignments.
Requirements: Requires High School Diploma or GED and completion of vocational or apprenticeship training program in industrial electricity, HVAC or related field. Requires a minimum of three years of experience in electrical and HVAC work. Must possess a valid driver’s license, WV Electrician License, Certification to purchase and handle Freon (CFR), and HVAC certification. Must be able to travel to work sites and work flexible hours. Must possess ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Must be able to work on ladders and scaffolds; tolerate long periods of standing and walking; and be able to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basis. Any combination of acceptable training, certification, and experience will be considered.
